Pleasant staff with a smile👍

a mini bar fridge, a personal safe, and air conditioner were available in our deluxe queen room. its location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, on the outskirts of a dull town, and in an industrialised area.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

This contemporary hotel has a unique and trendy vibe in an industrial-style setting.

Beautiful building and design. Room was comfortable. Minimal noise from other rooms/guests. Staff was very helpful. View of the iconic Penafiel castle. Assistance with wine bodega bookings. Good meal in the restaurant. Extremely generous included breakfast. Free street parking. Affiliation with Condado de Haza and Tinto Pesquera makes their in-house bar in essence a tasting room for the wineries.

The only thing I did not like was the location of the hotel. It is in an industrial area on the far side of Penafiel away from the historic center. There is a lot of truck traffic nearby and the area did not feel tremendously safe at night though I was assured it is and the hotel has security and good lighting.

Private parking onsite provided. Gorgeous, modern room provided with bedroom and a jacuzzi, for instance...

We both truly enjoyed the luxurious and unique setting here, and it was perfect for us, with the added bonus of being conveniently close to the prestigious Pesquera winery.

We are thrilled with our choice since this place is a convenient base, located just a few minutes away from Casa Museo de la Ribera.

The majority of the staff were extremely friendly, and I had a great stay in a double room with a bedroom, enjoying exceptional service and convenient parking.

This place is a luxurious new hotel located in a stylish industrial building with an amazing casual restaurant offering delicious dishes.

A wonderful stay as always in a clean and welcoming venue with a beautifully decorated deluxe queen room including a bedroom and jacuzzi.

Breakfast was decent, and the deluxe room felt really put-together. 🥐
